Fall Semester Reflection

1. Sadly, not really. The thought of someone being able to see your work at any time really makes you fear that you made an mistake and people are gonna look down on for your stupidity.

2. A course with an blog changes a class because you could get feedback almost immediately. We would probably go back to thinking in 1 dimension on our class work is impacted on us.

3. It makes me spell check many times, and puts pressure on me to post stuff that ca't not be bias. Not really different than the way they are now.

4. Yes because now we can take a classroom and shrink it down to the size of a phone and take it where ever we see fit.

5. You are your own teacher and student, ours is merely a guide for us to explore our age of technology and spread our knowledge through it.

6. They are chances or opportunities, but the way you go to get them may be your downfall.

7. I don't get responses on my blog.

Recreate assignment

I'm trying to recreate by choosing music that fits the poem.

1. The poem is the laughing Heart by Charles Bukowski.
2. Because the corporation represents darkness in the poem.
3.Yes because the authors back story has him coming to america and at first not doing well and went into a ten year heavy drinking phase. But he did publish his first book at the age of 24 then poetry at 35. He never gave up.
4. At first poem from go forth commercial then I type in the title of the video and just put poem at the in and led me to the laughing heart, and I went to poets.org to get the back story of the author.

your life is your life
don’t let it be clubbed into dank submission.
be on the watch.
there are ways out.
there is a light somewhere.
it may not be much light but
it beats the darkness.
be on the watch.
the gods will offer you chances.
know them.
take them.
you can’t beat death but
you can beat death in life, sometimes.
and the more often you learn to do it,
the more light there will be.
your life is your life.
know it while you have it.
you are marvelous
the gods wait to delight
in you.
